RTC Specialized Program Tracks

High-Acuity Stabilization & Safety Track
For girls 7–17 with acute emotional and behavioral needs who require 24/7 awake supervision, structured routines, and intensive oversight. This track focuses on immediate safety, stabilization, and reducing high‑risk behaviors so youth can safely remain in care and move toward a less restrictive setting.

RTC Specialized Trauma‑Informed Treatment
Residential treatment services for girls 7–17 impacted by abuse, neglect, and trauma. Services include individual, group, and family therapy, trauma‑informed care, behavior support, and 24/7 supervision in a structured, therapeutic milieu.”

Education, Life Skills & Normalcy Support
Support for school enrollment, special education coordination, tutoring, and independent living skills. We focus on ‘normalcy’—age‑appropriate activities, recreation, and community involvement to help youth build confidence and prepare for long‑term success.

RTC Program Intake & Care Coordination
Comprehensive intake and care coordination for girls ages 7–17 with emotional and behavioral needs. Our team works with CPS caseworkers and families to review referrals, assess needs, and coordinate safe, appropriate placement at Bay Harmony Home.

Behavioral Health & Wraparound Support Services
Multidisciplinary wraparound services provided by our Treatment Director, Case Manager, therapist, psychiatrist, and nursing partners. We offer diagnostic assessments, service planning, medication management coordination, crisis intervention, and ongoing progress reviews.
